I was born and raised in Colorado, but spent time or traveled through all 50 states at one point or another during my childhood. I have spent most of my career working for Oppenheimer Funds, which is no longer in existence. I was a customer service representative, a quality control specialist, retirement plan specialist, and estate planning specialist. I spent much of my time working on training new representatives, and received countless awards for quality service. I am so excited to use my knowledge regarding call center management to start this new endeavor with Real Simple Housing/Keller Williams. The most exciting part is that my family and I moved to Ecuador in 2019, and the technology available today allows me to run this call center from the southern hemisphere! It has also allowed me to improve my Spanish. I am passionate about helping people, and this is a natural extension of my previous roles. I am very excited to be able to be a resource for those seeking help with their real estate needs.
